The taxonomy: task, trial, grader, transcript, outcome

Build lab (Module 8, L8.2): five concepts, five types. The poet reasons beautifully and carries one edge-case bug per artifact; the hacker retries messily and is correct every time. Same six trials, two graders: the trajectory grader crowns the poet 100.0 to 55.0, the outcome grader crowns the hacker 100.0 and drops the poet to 61.1. Types do the work -- the runner owns no score, a trial id hashes its conditions, the outcome is executed not reported, and the outcome grader refuses a transcript. In-memory only; scripted agents, no model or provider call.
