Repair lab (Module 5 finale): five agent runs reach a leaky status-only delivery gate that ships 4 of 5 runs (3 bad runs leaked: lying, vanished, and stale proof) and mislabels 1 unproven run as failed. Repair the gate with a run-scoped evidence ledger, a ship-time artifact re-check (TOCTOU defense), and a blocked-unproven third outcome so all 5 scenarios land in the right bucket.
